Kirk SchnableA key expert Systems Administrator at GigeNET
As a veteran sysadmin, he's seen it all and gladly shares his insights with our sysadmins in training. He's always up for a challenge, tackling the tough tickets. On off hours, he runs multiple servers and a multi-homed VPN network and still finds time to Twitch stream, sharing his DJ hobby and video games.
Zachary MullerSystems Administrator
Zach mainly works with CentOS, Ubuntu, and Debian on dedicated and virtual servers. Zach spends his days watching the ticket queue and working with customers on any technical requests, issues, or questions that they might have. Zach has years of experience both formal and informal with Linux systems and is proficient in setting up and troubleshooting various software stacks including Apache, NGINX, MySQL, & PHP.
Jennifer SvenssonSupport Manager and Author
Jennifer is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience with both startups and Silicon Valley Giants. Currently, Jennifer heads GigeNET's support department and is instrumental in providing customers proactive service.
Scott EhasSenior Development Operations
Scott has experience with Linux, Solaris, and Windows administration. As a jack of all trades and a master of some, his primary focus is on internal administration and automation. Occasionally he will pop up in tickets, to resolve issues relating to custom clustered solutions. Outside of GigeNET he likes to focus on small ARM projects and automating himself out of existence.
Jacob JedrolSystems Administrator
Jacob has experience in both Linux and Windows systems administration, including a growing background in network administration. He works to assist customers as tickets come in and ensure their issues are resolved and questions are answered. Jacob is also currently a full-time student at DePaul University majoring in Network Engineering and Security.
Patrick SayasaneSystems Administrator
As a Systems Administrator with experience maintaining Linux, Windows, and cluster environments during GigeNET's night hours. Patrick often supports clients from around the world, providing technical solutions for a wide-range of hosting and web services. With a background in computer science, he can be found researching and enjoys reverse engineering systems/software during leisurely hours.
Laura has built and developed websites in a variety of programming languages for more than 12 years and has worked as a professional writer for even longer. With a goal of showing experienced developers and IT administrators how to capitalize on emerging technologies and find better ways to work with established programs, she has contributed to The New York Times, Sports Illustrated, the South Florida Sun Sentinel, HostingAdvice, and many of the world's top hosting providers.
John LeeVice President of Data Center Development and Operations
A 20-year Network Operations veteran, John Lee has amassed a body of work that covers nearly every detail involved with complex network infrastructure from his time at MCI, Level 3, and GigeNET. He currently oversees GigeNET's three North American datacenters.

Monmini "Mo" Kabre thoroughly understands the host industry using his expertise to guide companies to better IT infrastructures for over 12 years. Mo believes in understanding customer issues and then addressing the causes and not the symptoms for a better fit.
