We Are Part of Your TeamAs a Preferred Service Partner, you will be assigned to a Partner Program Manager that will provide you with all of the tools you need to succeed in selling our products. Whether you need help writing a proposal or custom quote for your client, or need a technical engineer from our team to represent you in a meeting with your client to help you close the deal, we are here to help.
We understand that it is important for you to be able to provide fast resolutions to any support issues that your clients have. As their direct line of contact, you will provide all Level 1 technical support to your customers; however, any issues that you and your support team cannot resolve can be submitted to our support engineers for immediate assistance and resolution. Resellers receive automatic ticket escalation; your issues will be immediately escalated to “critical” status and our top engineers will review and respond, bypassing Gigenet’s own internal team to ensure you have a resolution right away — to even the most complicated issues.
Requirements to join the Gigenet Partner Program:
- Provide verifiable business contact information and websites.
- Provide first level technical support to your clients.
- Provide billing and accounting to your clients.
- Responsible receiving and resolving all abuse complaints. (SPAM, DMCA, etc.)
- Must be a current GigeNET customer with at least 5 servers
