	To be an authorized affiliate of GigeNET.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the GigeNET.com service as an affiliate. By signing up for the GigeNET affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. By clicking that you agree to these Terms of Service, you are bound by these rules until termination of the agreement. Terms and Conditions GigeNET reserves the right to update and change this Terms of Service without notice at any time. Any changes made, features added, or updates are immediately reflected in the Terms of Service, and therefore subject to the terms of service. Continued participation in the GigeNET Affiliate Program constitutes consent of these changes to the Terms of Service. Violation of any of these terms will result in termination of your partnership with GigeNET, and forfeiture of any pending commission payments earned after the violation. Account Terms 1. You must provide all of the following information to be considered for the GigeNET Affiliate Program: – Full legal name – Valid email address – Valid phone number – Intended website where ad or ads would be displayed 2. The use of your account is limited to yourself, and only yourself. Displaying affiliate ads on websites other than your own will result in termination. 3. As such, the security of your account is solely under your control, and GigeNET will take no responsibility for accounts that have been damaged, or have incurred losses. 4. Any and all content that is displayed under your account will be your responsibility, even if it is posted without your explicit consent. 5. Applicants are limited to only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts will result in termination of your existing account. 6. Any content provided will be placed only on sites that do not display one or more of the following: nudity, foul, profane, or abusive language, images that may insult or cause anguish to any other parties, or content that is explicit in any way. Any violations will result in termination. Content and Use Once you have received your access to our affiliate program, you will be able to browse the different sizes and arrangements, and the corresponding code that are available to use with your websites. The link that we provide can not be changed to redirect to anywhere other than where we provide the link to. Commission, Referrals and Fees For the GigeNET affiliate program, we offer 10% commission per month for the entire time that the referred client keeps the service purchased. We offer commissions on direct, recurring clients that stay with us for longer than 60 days. When a client that has been referred to GigeNET by way of your ad or ads, and has exceeded the minimum amount of days necessary to generate a commission,(60 days) we will credit your specified account within 31 days. Clients that are referred by you must come directly from your website through the link to our main page. This is how we track them. If they close the browser, navigate away from the page, or otherwise come from any way other than the direct link, you will not receive a commission. We can offer vocal referrals on a per case basis otherwise there must be electronically documented evidence that the prospective client came directly to our site via the link. We reserve the right to deny any commissions that we feel are the result of fraud, or any other illegal means meant to circumvent this Terms of Service.
